It is a film without a cause and with no actual plot. The bullies get mad or annoyed at James Dean's character just because he tries to make another joke too after one of the bullies makes one of the lamest jokes ever (about a crab)? Stupid.
And all of these tragic events in the film happen just only on the protagonist's first day at school. The plot, character development, and script are all laughable. I wonder why this is a classic when it just seems like your average teenage flick.
