Review of Real Women Have Curves (2002) by Tim H — 23 Feb 2009
I worked in a movie theater when this came out but the only scene I managed to watch then was the one where they're taking off their clothes. But the rest of the movie's pretty good too. America Ferrera's character Ana and her mother are the two best written and the best acted.
I think the movie's a little too short and some things could have been developed a bit more. For example, George Lopez's part was too small and a little too "normal" for his talent.
