Review of Rashomon (1950) by William N — 16 Jun 2012
You can't imagine how this film provocative everyone who's see it. This masterfull art by Akira Kurosawa bring us from unknown viewer to a wise person. I arguably never thought to find the flaw in this movie, and then I come in to reality that there is true.
If you try too hard for that, you just find yourself fascinated by how Akira Kurosawa lead us from mystery to a vague conclusion. This plot make us understand how elaborate human kind are. That theee lead role reciprocally withstand with their resistance towards recognisance.
And undoubtedly making whole story full of mystery. Find the inference in final conclusion is the best part for me. It makes me thinking about how human can easily makes deceitful story against the truth for their own charity.
This movie is about truth against the resistance of truth it self, and we must wise up that attitude.
