Review of Rang De Basanti (2006) by Kamran D — 02 Jul 2008

A great movie on so many levels. The actors did more than their part in bringing the movie to life. Everything else towards direction, screenplay choice of science and settings impeccable. The plot and drawing parallel between teh current situation and an era gone by is perfect.

I have seen that the movies ending falling into mixed reviews, but see the fact of the matter is violence was never endorsed in this movie, it was shunned. Even after the characters too took the path of violence out of lack of choice, they did mention that that is never what they intended.

go with an open mind and dont purse your lips , this a wonderful movie in every right.
