Pretty good movie, but Jake Lacy seems way out of his league (not that I know who he is, but his acting seems kinda fake. His line, "... and we'll sell that sh** for a mint!" made me laugh).

Otherwise, a pretty good movie, especially for one based on an old game, which I used to play and love. I'd say this is the Rock's first B movie, but it's more of a B+/A- movie, which was actually enjoyable.

I don't like Sharknado type stuff, but this was actually not too bad since they tried to do a good job on it. Peter Howell's review from the Toronto star is pretty much how I feel too. Not great, but not entirely bad either since this movie has a lot of parts that are unforgettable, too, like the skydiving/free falling scene, scene with the wolf and the strike team, helicopter with no tail scene, and more.

If anything, the "glue" that holds these scenes together is just a little cheap.
