Review of Raising Cain (1992) by Alejandro L — 09 Aug 2015
A good output for De Palma, more than just a little influence from Hitchcock in a Psycho retread of sorts. John Lithgow knocks it out by playing the lead of five different characters. The action and suspense do hold the viewer's attention until the end, but there are multiple times when you'll think the film is about to faulted.
Somehow lands on it's feet.
