Review of Raising Cain (1992) by Alex B — 28 Apr 2013
I remember seeing this in the theatre when it first came out, and I didn't think much of it at the time. But now I can see that it features very many of De Palma's signature themes and flourishes, expertly assembled and deployed.
And maybe it even seeks to undermine the confidence of the bourgeoisie, not only in their loved ones, but in themselves, in their state(s) of mind?
