BULLSHIT! Like 41 & The Butler did before, we have a film about racism in which the black character is never allowed to be shown angry. I'm sure Jesse Owens got angry at racism like any normal person would.
But here he's spat on, heckled & degraded by racists and the film thinks it's noble that he never curses his tormentors. It's not noble, it's emasculating.
