Ehhh... a Cronenberg "bodily-aware" take on "Night of the Living Dead" more or less. It's interesting, but I certainly have no desire to ever watch it again. He always has great setups and wonderfully fucked up premises for his movies, but they just don't really get pulled off that well in the end, it seems.
