Awesome early Cronenberg. Unlike some of his early stuff like Scanners and The Brood, this one is not nearly as slow paced. It's his own little take on the zombie sub genre and it's quite good, even if the reason why isn't as clear as it should be.
If you're a Cronenberg fan, seek this one out.
