Review of Quo Vadis (1951) by Christine R — 12 Aug 2011
Another great film often forgotten. Dramatic love story with a back story including the reign of tyrannical Emporer Nero and his supposed burning of Rome and persecution of Christians. Peter Ustinov is quite mad as Nero, and Robert Taylor and Deborah Kerr have good chemistry.
Worth watching, and got me more intrigued by that period of history.
