Review of Quiet Riot: Well Now You're Here, There's No Way Back (2014) by Carl B — 15 Feb 2015
Like I said before. I have been here for over 30 years. Quiet Riot is such an underrated band. I bought METAL HEALTH way before it was popular. The movie is so touching. It took me a few years before I could even play a Quiet Riot tune because the death of Kevin Dubrow affected me so much.
I know Frankie went through the same thing. The film is overwhelming at times but it is a triumph of the American Spirit that sometimes we must forge ahead regardless of the odds. Frankie, God bless you for making this movie.
Kevin Dubrow was such a great vocalist. He just did not get the credit he deserved. Quiet Riot is so much more than just "cum on feel the noize" and "metal health". Please check out "rehab" .
What a great record. You will not be disappointed . It's just a great movie and any fan of the 80's should definitely watch it.
