Review of Pusher (1996) by David B — 17 Jun 2007
Fairly simple concept but executed well. I could really feel the unsuccesful nature of Refn's main protagonist, Frank. If Requiem for a Dream scared more people into not doing drugs, Pusher scares you into never wanting to try selling drugs because when someone doesn't get their money, your ass is grass.
