Review of Puppetmaster (1989) by Jeffrey L — 05 Apr 2010
One of those classic horror movie series' I never actually saw but heard a lot about. The acting is bad, but this is a low budget 80's horror flick, so really, was anything else expected?
The toy effects were really good and the kills were good for the most part. Was a tad bit too slow at times though, and for a movie about killer toys, they weren't actually in it as much as I would have liked.
Still, this movie about killer toys that attack some Psychics staying in a closed-down hotel is a must for 80's horror hounds, with something like 9 sequels, which I've heard both good and bad things on, depending on the movie.
