Review of Punch-Drunk Love (2002) by Larry Y — 27 May 2011
Magnolia is one of my favourite films (an earlier P.T.A creation) and I just don't find typical Adam Sandler films funny......so my expectations were that Sandler would ruin a good film. Completely wrong.
The film is fine, but nothing special happens.....the memorable thing is without doubt the performance by Sandler as the mentally unhinged central character.
