An incredible film. A monumental achievement for Sandler -- wait, wait...hear me out....that's a relative compliment. Punch Drunk Love benefits from the intelligent direction of one Paul Thomas Anderson and an incredibly off-beat atmosphere to pull a run-of-the-mill story out of the dirt and into the bright light of memorable movies.
