Didn't like it on first viewing. loved it on second. Johnnie To is hands down, the best HK filmmaker of all time. Sure, his "best" may not match Wong Kar Wai or John Woo's "bests", but he's far more prolific and consistent with more range.
PTU, Exiled, Election, Breaking News, All About Ah Long, Love on a Dieet, this guy has done it all for HK cinema.
