Review of Primal Fear (1996) by Tiffany L — 16 May 2014
I can tell that we can expect great things to come from this Norton guy (funny. b/c I'm clearly writing this review almost 20 years after this film came out). This is one of my all time favorite films.
The screenplay is tight but the success of the film is predicated on convincing performances and both Gere and (especially) Norton deliver. There are many surprises here but the true testament to the film is that I can watch it over and over while knowing the ending and enjoy it every time.
See it if you love courtroom drama!
