Review of Predestination (2013) by Dan H — 08 Mar 2015
Arguably the best time travel movie since Looper. This movie is a complete mindfuck, no question about it. In some ways it reminded me of Memento. It's smartly written and while on the surface it may seem it could go for the big action shootout scenes, it doesn't.
What it has is a great human drama that you wouldn't expect to be in it. Ethan Hawk was great but Sarah Snook easily stole this movie, it's essentially her movie. She's now on my radar for talented actress.
Overall, check this movie out, at the very least it will surprise you.
