This is a surprisingly brisk, beautiful and thoughtful sci-fi thriller, with a provocative mythical narrative built on an authentic and genuine sense of pathos and some thoughtful reflection on the immediate, and potentially eternal, consequences our individual choices make.
Strong and sympathetic performances from Hawke and Snook in challenging but rewarding roles.
