Review of Day & Night (2010) by Neilio O — 16 Aug 2010
This utterly fantastic little short by Pixar is sheer, utter proof of two things:
1. 2D animation will never ever lose it's magic at the helm of the incredible imagination and artistry.
2. Pixar is, and will forever be known, as a name synonymous with the former attributes.
How such a short, silent simple segment can showcase an original story, wonderful visuals, moving 'dialogue' and an insightful moral grounding, better than most feature-length.
