Another brilliant film by Niccols. A sleek yet controlled venture into the brutal wonderland of illegal arms trade, captured with the unbiased, solidly trained eye of a clever and insightful screenwriter-director.
Nicolas Cage throws out his best performance since Adaptation, and one of the better performances of his up-and-down career. A thrilling spectacle, soaked in raw thought.
