This movie was better than I though. At first, I thought it was going to be a Micheal Bay type of movie, but it's much more than that.

The movie did have some flaws with it's plot. Example: The 5 teens was in a car crash at night, at the next day they are in their houses the next day without a scratch (wha..?). Another example is that the Black Ranger didn't know how to control his Zord the first time, making a lot of destruction, but at the battle scene, Black the others knew how to control their Zords. It doesn't really make sense.
The main Villain was just cheesy, and her cheesiness doesn't really fit the seriousness to this movie. The show was cheesy, and it worked because it didn't take itself seriously. She is mostly forgettable.
The first two acts were actually entertaining. The third act was okay, but wasn't as entertaining, because it turned into Micheal Bay like action. The main characters are nicely done, and well acted as well.
I thought it was a good movie, but not a great movie. I do recommend it, but mostly for Power Ranger fans.
