Review of Pompeii (2014) by Silver Screen S — 14 Nov 2014
Though the first half of the movie feels like a poor replica of Gladiator. The latter half, though filled with half-assed character drama, was more interesting than the former, though the entire movie is surrounded by hit or miss CGI and stilted acting.
The film does have one important thing going for it- the relationship that forms between Aticus and Milo is entertaining and truly fun to watch. Only worth a watch for fans of historical dramas.
