I had faith this film could be somewhat inventive with its scares, I had faith the production values alone would be impresive, I had faith the film could at the very least be entertaining, I had faith this remake would prove me wrong when I said it would join the ranks of Psycho and Carrie as one of the most unnecesary remakes of all time.

Yeah this movie let me down in every single aspect.
