Review of Planet Terror (2007) by Matthew D — 10 Apr 2013

I know I am supposed to praise Tarantino and Rodriguez for their visionary work with script work and cinematography, but as usual I just couldn't help but find it too much. It was almost torturous to get through. I had to take it in multiple doses. I don't even have any desire to see death proof now. ugggh.

One redeeming quality is the last scene and the idea that these last hope for civilization wind up where it essentially first began. That was pretty cool.
