Review of Pitch Perfect (2012) by Heather A — 22 Mar 2014
I loved this movie! The writing, music, and casting were spot-on. Rebel Wilson (Fat Amy) was a revelation to watch...this is what happens when female comedians are given free range in their roles. Involving Deke Sharon, the proverbial father of modern collegiate a cappella was genius, and the a cappella ringers (Kelley Jakle and Michael Anaya) made it that much more believable.
Can't wait for the sequel!!!!!
