Review of Pitch Black (2000) by Nic O — 28 Jan 2012
Not quite on par with Alien or Aliens, nevertheless a good ride. This film was enjoyable because of good creature design, and had an original assembly of interesting characters. The end has a subtle redemption allegory, and takes a twist which is not expected in the formulaic space monster genre.
