Review of Pickpocket (1959) by Tomas T — 04 Jun 2010
My first bresson film, on the one hand, its very well made, with good camerawork and I liked seeing the many ways they were able to lift things from people, I also liked how they really get into marcels thoughts and motivations, on the other hand I REALLY hate when things are stolen, not just me but from anyone, it angers me so, I really didnt like marcel as well, a pathetic individual, tho the film doesnt make him out to be a hero or anything.
