The second incartaion of the phantom on film is quite merbroble thanks to a unquie blend of comdey , drama , thrills , and tragdy. Caule regins is brillinant as the phantom . 8/10 one of the more unique films of the unerverail classic horror films due it being in colour and having won a few oscars.
