Review of Phantasm (1979) by Nazarene Z — 24 Feb 2009
Angus Scrimm makes this movie better than it really is. Not that it's bad but there are some very weak points to the story and the acting isn't always great. What we get from Scrimm more than makes up for any problems though and there's enough creepy in the movie to keep you interested.
Followed by 3 sequels and there has been talk of another sequel and or a brand new trilogy.
