Okay, this is a weird film. Like a strange dream. Don Coscarelli directed this film and has done several sequels and a number of other genre films, but this film is his best work. Angus Scrimm's "Tall Man" is a great horror icon.
The FX improved with the sequels but the original came up with one of the scariest and most outlandish plots.
