Review of Perrier's Bounty (2009) by Aaron S — 21 Sep 2010
An Irish romp that is often plagued by poor scene transition, but ultimately saved by its amazing cast. Most notably, Murphy-the most underrated actor working today, and the terrific Brendan Gleeson, who is the perfect bad guy.
While it's a typical guy owes bad guy money and is running for his life movie, it's also sprinkled with unique sub plots that keep the story interesting, even if the adhesive isn't applied as thick as necessary.
Still worth a gander.
