Its Harry Potter for bigger kids. My 8 year old loved it and if that was the target audience they scored big. On that level it works very well and is worth watching. There are a lot of serious adult movies that aren't as good as this but If your looking for pure adult entertainment it falls short of being a good adult film.
Got kids? Its a no brainer; watch and relish in how it gets them - and there is no better adult entertainment than that.
