Review of Peppermint (2018) by Joel H — 06 Dec 2018
Much like those little red & white striped candies, Peppermint is only average and easily forgotten. It's a paint-by-numbers revenge story, with the only real difference being that Jennifer Garner is in the lead role.
And while Garner is completely believable as she doles out vigilante justice, the story glosses over some key plot points that would have made the movie stronger.
