Review of Pee-wee's Big Adventure (1985) by Chance L — 19 Dec 2009
Pee-Wee's Big Adventure is one of the greatest films I've ever seen that has a plot that involves a grown man looking for his bicycle. The acting, especially from Pee-Wee (or does he prefer Paul Reubens, because that's what Tim Burton credited him as when he played Penguin's father in Batman Returns, and by the way, does anyone else know that?) is superb and so is the story.
A real treat.
