An extremely effective, ballsy, tight, fast paced drama with terrific performances, direction, writing, and very suitably tense music. Patriots Day is not exploitative, but in fact honors Boston with sheer ferocity, and accuracy almost to the fullest.
Peter Berg has completely proven that he didn't have anything to do with Battleship.
