ACTION/ COMEDY.
After the international financial success of "Ong- Bak" another Thai actor by the name of Petchtai Wongkamlao decided to capitalize on this as well. So he wrote and directed and also starred in this very low budget, cheapie action comedy calling it "The Bodygaurd 2" (North American title) about cop taking retribution against the gangsters responsible for a wealthy man's death!
All I can say is that this is one of those films where on the poster cover or in this case the DVD cover, Tony Jaa's picture has been blowned up huge to sell the movie or is on the cover seeming that he's there all the time but in reality only there for a few minutes! Very misleading to the consumer and to anyone assuming Tony Jaa is one of the stars of this film! I obviously was suckered into purchasing this at my local rental store without checking online to see how much a factor Maui Thai martial artist Tony Jaa is really in this movie in the first place! Pure capitalism!
