I felt the first half was somewhat pedestrian (mainly the old aunt was a little over the top). But the final ~40 mins is absolutely perfect. The most loving and moving portrayal of brother-sister relationship I have ever seen.
Of course the Ravi Shankar's music is memorable as well.
