This movie may very well be the only truly flawless fantasy movie ever made. A carefully crafted masterpiece, "Pan's Labyrinth" is a wonderful example for a fantasy movie that caters to the more mature audience while still retaining the magic that that person used to enjoy experiencing as a child.
It's just perfect. Making a movie based on a novel... This is how you do it....
