After a few crapfests, Del Toro forges a masterpiece. Great cinematography, great music, great acting, GREAT STORYTELLING! Fairy tales and fantasy in a realm for adults, without any suggestive content.
Years later, still Del Toro's masterpiece, with only the Devil's Backbone in remote competition.
