Review of Palindromes (2005) by Amanda S — 19 Dec 2005
Can someone explain this movie to me. I get that it's about abortion, but the message is all screwed up. I'm understanding this "Aviva" character more now (who is played by more than one person..yeah.), as I think about it, but it's still quite peculiar. A movie hasn't had me cocking my head to one side like a puppy in confusion in a while like this one did. Plus it made me feel kind of icky. :( It was definately unique, I'll give it that. Obviously not a feel containing a plot or sequences that will appeal to everyone.
But do I recommend it? Not really.
Not much of a review. Sorry. I just don't really feel like talking about this one.
And I've got that "La la la lalalalala la la la" stuck in my head.
