Review of Pacific Rim: Uprising (2018) by Kaiser M — 14 Apr 2018
Pacific Rim: Uprising lacks originality and depth to the story and has some disappointing character moments for Charlie Day and Rinko Kikuchi. Meanwhile, John Boyega, Cailee Spaney, and Jing Tian certainly had good performances, and the film did well on its promise to deliver some badass kaiju action. Props to the visuals too!
