Review of Pacific Rim: Uprising (2018) by Andrew R — 20 Apr 2018

If you're a fan of the first movie, you'll likely enjoy this follow-up. Pacific Rim is essentially a modern day Power Rangers with a splash of Transformers. The CGI is spectacularly done and makes the Jaegers look like things that could exist in the world.

While the story is secondary to the action, it does provide some backstory to even fill some gaps in the first movie, which was nice. If you're looking for a nice popcorn-flick, this is a solid one.
