Review of Over the Edge (1979) by Paul B — 16 Jul 2010
It looks dated and sensationalistic next to better disaffected-youth films like Out of the Blue or River's Edge (made by this one's co-writer Tim Hunter), and it's also less fun than two other 1979 gang films, The Warriors and The Wanderers.
Still worth watching for Cheap Trick soundtrack and a 14-year-old Matt Dillon.
