Review of Over the Edge (1979) by Rudie M — 04 Nov 2018
A KID WHO TELLS ON ANOTHER KID IS A DEAD KID.
This movie shaped my life. I saw it when I was twelve and it was running late night on hbo. as soon as I saw the two kids o the bridge with a bb gun, I knew I was in love. I watched this movie about seven times in that moth alone. I was all over it. my (very cool) dad bought me a poster off eBay and it still hangs in my place. I can quote this movie at the drop of a hat, and richie's motto runs through my head daily. this movie cuts through all the bullshit in my life, and shows us what we all wish we'd done to our schools and our parents and our city government when we were kids.
