Witness Seagal at the height of his powers. Never once does he have a disadvantage against his Mob opponents. With some help from a rival Mob, he wipes out some dumb New York tough guys before finding Bill Forsythe's crack-smoking maniac and killing him multiple times.
Simple, elegant, brutal. Also has one of the best car chases in Seagal's dubious career.
