Review of Orca (1977) by Prkprk P — 15 May 2008
Starts off by having a killer whale off a great white shark, thereby effectively claiming superiority over Jaws. This is a claim the movie never lives up to. It meanders and plods along, never managing to build any sort of suspense.
Meanwhile, the killer whale's murderous antics become more and more ludicrous. The able cast struggle to keep the movie afloat, but ultimately fails.
