Review of On the Town (1949) by Chris S — 07 Aug 2010
Definitely a classic for any movie fan, especially of the old Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra flicks. I liked it, which is saying a lot considering I normally don't like films with music medleys like this.
I don't think the musical aspect overshadowed the film, though. They found a nice balance.
