Though quite possibly one of the more interesting stories in the James Bond franchise, that is pretty much where the positives end. George Lazenby got the awful job of following up Sean Connery as the iconic super spy.

He's not awful, but you can tell that he doesn't have much acting experience. In fact OHMSS was his first gig I believe. The directing is very meh. It jumps around a few times in periods that don't make sense but that's not the end of the world.

The best part of the movie is seeing Bond actually care for a girl for the first time in his life, the girl being Tracy. Diana Rigg I must say is not the best actress to play a Bond girl, but she's not the worst (I'm looking at you Denise Richards).

All in all the movie itself is a lot of fun to watch. The story is fun and though its biggest flaw is the acting I'm almost willing to forgive it. Almost. In the end with On Her Majesty's Secret Service is a good Bond film.

Very middle of the pact. Better then most of the 80s films and Roger Moores later films, but still doesn't compare to Connery's efforts nor Craig's newest additions to the franchise.
